Here are some thoughts on exercise,

and, it may very well surprise you,

for these are some exercises,

which Christians shouldn't do.

May we never walk on others,

or, run another's life,


may we never skip another's joy,

in favor of our own strife.


Let us never jump to conclusions,

or swim in problems of our own,

but, let us lift another's burden,

and bare it to our Father's throne!
